Choosing between tuxedo and suit shapes the groom's and male guests' elegance. Dress code, time and venue — church, beach, estate, evening — guide the decision.
At our Cannes shop we offer both, for rental or purchase, with fitting. For rental packages see tuxedo rental Cannes and wedding suits.
Our collections
When to choose a tuxedo?
Evening wedding, black tie reception, gala or very formal ceremony: tuxedo (black or midnight blue) is the reference. White shirt, bow tie, patent or black oxfords.
Midnight blue often photographs better under flash than pure black. Try both in the fitting room.
When to choose a suit?
Civil wedding, daytime ceremony, garden or smart chic: three-piece suit in blue, beige, grey or bottle green. Tie or bow depending on formality.
More flexible than a tuxedo, it works for other professional or family events.
Accessories and consistency
Pocket square, belt, cufflinks, discreet watch: details unify the look. Match the wedding party and bride if you are best man.
Everything is coordinated in store — no need to buy elsewhere without trying on.
Rent or buy?
For a one-off wedding, 4-day rental is cost-effective; our workshop adjusts the outfit for a perfect fit. For several events a year, buying may pay off.
Our advisors compare both without pushing the more expensive option.
